Most orders, except for custom made orders, are shipped within 1 business day. All wax orders will ship Monday through Wednesday only, due to high heat temperatures, to protect the product from melting. If a custom wax product is ordered, please allow up to 2 weeks to fully cure prior to shipping. 

Tracking information will be provided to the buyer at time of shipment. Custom orders may vary due to request of order, and once completed (except for wax orders), are shipped within one business day. Shipping is Mon-Sat, up until 12:00 p.m. noon, excluding holidays.
